Choose who receives manual overdue task digests from project settings and understand what each mode sends.

Where to configure manual digest recipients
Open a project, go to Project Settings, then find Overdue task digest.
Project owners and admins can choose a recipient mode, save settings, and send the digest manually.
Recipient modes and what each recipient gets

| Default (assignees and admin) | Assignees and project admins (same rule as scheduled digest). | Assignees see assigned overdue tasks; admins see overdue project tasks included by default digest logic. |

| Selected team members | Only the selected internal members. | Full project overdue digest for each selected recipient. |

Personal reminder preferences and manual sends
In manual modes other than Default, manual sends override personal overdue reminder preferences.
In Default, behavior follows the scheduled digest rule.
Validation and recipient checks
- Selected team members must belong to the current project.
- Custom emails must be valid email addresses.
- Duplicate recipient emails are deduplicated before send.
- The send response can include skipped recipients and reasons.
